Information involved

• Orders and accounts: name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, purchased items, order history and information needed to process transactions.
• Customer care and guarantees: messages, order numbers, photographs and information provided to resolve a request.
• Retailers: business contact details, business name and address, and information submitted with an application.
• Browsing: technical information such as IP address, browser, device, visited pages and cookies used by the store and its services.
• Newsletter: email address and communication preferences when you subscribe.

Payment data is processed by the payment services used at checkout. Never email your full card number or security code.

Purposes

Information is used to process and deliver purchases, communicate with you, handle returns and guarantees, review retailer applications, prevent fraud, operate the store and meet accounting and legal obligations. Browsing information may also support site measurement and improvements, depending on the enabled tools and applicable consent.

Newsletter subscription is optional. Unsubscribe using the link in promotional emails. This does not stop necessary order-related communications.

Service providers and disclosures

Necessary information may be shared with Shopify, our store platform, payment providers, carriers, technical and communication service providers, and people authorized to handle your request. Disclosure may also be required by law.

Some providers may process or store information outside Quebec or Canada, where laws may differ. See also Shopify’s consumer privacy policy.

Cookies and preferences

Some cookies are needed for the cart, checkout, security and essential functionality. Others may support analytics, personalization or advertising when enabled, subject to required consent.

Use privacy controls offered on the site, where displayed, and your browser settings to manage preferences. Blocking certain cookies may affect store functionality. Contact us for information about the tools used and available choices.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose, including order administration, after-sales service, tax and accounting requirements, or disputes. Withdrawing consent does not necessarily require immediate deletion of all purchase records. Information no longer required must be destroyed or anonymized under applicable rules.

Access should be limited to people and providers who need it. No electronic transmission or storage is entirely risk-free. Contact us promptly if you suspect an incident involving your information.

Your requests and remedies

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent and, where the conditions are met, deletion or a copy in a structured technological format. Reasonable identity verification may be required. Requests are handled within statutory time limits.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to our services or applicable requirements. Required notices and consents will be provided or requested when necessary.
