WARRANTY ON LIVE STOCK

We know that sending plants or live shrimp/fish by transport can scare off some buyers, so we have a warranty policy in place if anything happens to the live stock while in transit to your destination.


All our shipments come with the standard packaging including a cardboard box and an isoifoil.

On the cart page, you can choose to upgrade your packaging to carton box + isofoil + heat pad OR a styrofoam box which provides additional protection against temperature variation. 

Warranty from November to April (winter)

We offer a 100% full life guarantee to the plant when you choose the FedEx Standard Overnight delivery method WITH UPGRADE PACKAGE.

We also offer a limited warranty, i.e. a 50% refund of the value of the live stock if you choose a transport choice with a longer transit such as FedEx 2 days and FedEx express Saver WITH UPGRADE PACKAGE.

Warranty from May to October (summer)

We offer a 100% full life guarantee when you choose the FedEx Standard Overnight delivery method.

We also offer a limited warranty, i.e. a 50% refund of the value of the live stock if you choose a transport choice with a longer transit such as FedEx 2 days and FedEx express Saver.

The choice of FedEx ground or any Ground is excluded from any guarantee.

Note on warranty:

1. Shipping costs are not covered
2. The delivery must have been made in one attempt, if you are not present and there is a 2nd delivery attempt, the guarantee is void
3. Please take a photo of the live stock condition when it comes out of the package if there is anything, take a picture and send a photo within 1 hour (after this delays, the warranty is void)
