Shipping live plant
All plants will be ship every monday of each week only to avoid service interruptions on weekend days.
Please refer to the D.O.A plant warranty page to find out about our delivery conditions and plant warranty.
Note: We will hold onto your shipment if too cold or hot to ship live plants and shrimp safely to the next following week until the temperature is safety to ship the live stock.

Sousleau (the site) reserves the right to choose the delivery method most suitable for shipping orders within a reasonable time if you choose ground shipping at 25$

Shipping is always the monday of every week.
The delivery address must not refer to a postal box commonly called a "PO BOX", where appropriate we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Order cancellation fees
If you want to cancel an order and it has not been processed, Sousleau aquarium will charge a 50% fee and only the delivery costs will be 100% refunded.
Refunds
Sousleau aquarium does not accept returns, and refunds are only eligible for shipments with the D.O.A. The refund is made within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery charges are excluded from the D.O.A warranty and are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@sousleau.ca and send your item to the seller.

Neo Media Premium is the world's highest quality filter media
made by complementing the disadvantages of existing filter media.

Neo Media Premium is manufactured at high temperature using
natural materials produced in Korea.
Pores of various sizes provide a space for a variety of bacteria to live, and these bacteria create a bacterial ecosystem inside the filter media.

Three pH types : SOFT, PURE, HARD
Neo Media Premium offers three types of slightly acid, neutral pH and alkali, so it can be selected according to the tank environment.

Most of the filter media on sales have alkaline properties.
However, Neo Media Premium PURE is a true neutral filter material and has little effect on pH.
Therefore, Neo Media Premium PURE does not raise the pH of a slightly acidic fish tank, and does not lower the pH of a slightly alkaline fish tank.
It is suitable for all fish tanks such as aquatic plants, shrimp, South American fish, cichlid fish, seawater, and coral

In this case, the filter media itself can raise the pH in the fish tank.
however, Neo Media Premium SOFT has its own slight acidity.
Therefore, it is effective for slight acidic water that grows aquatic plants, shrimp, South American fish species.

Neo Media Premium HARD has the alkaline nature of the product itself.
Because it does not lower pH, it is effective in alkaline environments such as cichlids, tanganica, sea fish, and coral.
Usage and precautions
- Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, the size, shape and color of the filter media may not be uniform.
- Please rinse with running water 2-3 times.
- if you wash excessively, dust can be generated
- The pH action of the Neo Media Premium is affected by the water used and the objects inside the tank.
- Filter media require periodic cleaning.
- Due to the use of natural materials, shape and size may not be constant.
- Keep out of reach of children.
